Quick Setup

Quick Setup allows you to create all logging channels with one command, it will automatically create a new category with allof the logging channels already setup.

It is is recommended to have _{VIEW_CHANNELS} set to be off by default for @everyone, this way you can easily hose who can view each logging channel.
